1. What causes my guarantee to break?
The legal warranty doesn’t cover damages due to actions not assignable to the seller/manufacturer, to improper or not normal use of the product by the consumer, or to actions contrary to warnings or instructions written in the user’s manual.
2. Where can I find Bestway instruction videos?
You can find instruction videos on www.bestwaycorp.com in the support section, or on the Bestway YouTube channel.
3. What is the difference between the heavy duty repair patch and the underwater adhesive repair patch?
Starting in 2017, all repair patches included in the sets are underwater adhesive repair patches. All of the ones produced before 2017 were heavy duty repair patches. Using the underwater repair patch is easy, and it is not necessary to drain the water from your pool. See the below photos to recognize the difference.
